Engr. Ehimen Ikheloa
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Ehimen brings nearly 30 years of commercial and technical experience across Nigeria, South Africa, and the UK. He holds a B.Eng. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Ambrose Alli University, Nigeria (2002) and an M.Sc. in Communications Engineering from the University of Portsmouth, UK (2006), along with multiple international certifications, including PRINCE2 project management.
He has consulted for global organizations such as Ericsson UK, British Telecoms, Cisco Systems UK, Liberty Global (Netherlands), Dalet International (France), the European Broadcast Union (Switzerland), and BSkyB. With expertise in process re-engineering and complex project delivery, Ehimen is dedicated to creating lasting value for clients, stakeholders, and society.
MICHAEL UWAECHIE
DIRECTOR
Michael is an attorney with over 18 years’ experience and is licensed to practice law in both Nigeria and New York. He specializes in corporate and project finance, energy law, and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), with a strong track record advising on power sector reforms, renewable energy, and electricity market operations.
He has supported landmark initiatives such as Nigeria’s National Public Sector Solarisation Initiative (NPSSI), the Energizing Education Programme, and currently advises on the Climate Possible Pooled Fund (CPPF) project led by Mercy Corps. As an APMG-Certified PPP Professional and World Bank–accredited CP3P trainer, he has guided infrastructure and energy transactions across Africa, including Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and South Africa.
Michael holds an LL.B from Ambrose Alli University, a Master’s in Banking, Corporate & Finance Law from Fordham University (New York), and executive training in Corporate Governance from Harvard University.
Lesley-Ann Lynch
CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
Lesley-Ann is a natural problem solver with over 20 years of corporate experience in business analysis, strategy, and technology-driven transformation. She spent six years at Investec, where she held roles in application team leadership, senior business analysis, and learning & development for both her team and the Investec Private Bank attorney panel.
Her career reflects a strong adaptability to emerging technologies, with recent contributions to teams leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Virtual & Augmented Reality (VR/AR) to develop high-value business use cases. She is a PRINCE2 Practitioner and holds certification as an IIBA® Certified Product Owner (CPO).
Curious, open-minded, and relentless in the pursuit of client value, Lesley-Ann brings both analytical rigor and strategic insight to the Azeelo team. Outside of work, she is an avid martial artist.
